DIANA YANEZ is a native of Miami Beach (My-Yami Bish). A cuban-American, her early influences include Carlo Burnette, Gildra Radner, Madeleine Kahn, Lily tomlin and of course, Lucille Ball. Although Diana is mostly known for her quirky array of characters and hilarious hit videos, she has also appeared in many dramatic primetime tv shows including, CRIMINAL MINDS, THE SHIELD, STRONG MEDICINE, BOSTON LEGAL and many many more.... Diana studied fine art photography in Berlin, Germany. She is fluent in German as well as Spanish and is an avid fan of the arts. She affectionately refers to her two cats as her daughters and enjoys girly things like shopping but also boyish things like football (Go Dolphins!). Many of Diana's characters sing. Diana studied piano as a child, taght herself guitar and stuided voice with acclaimed opera singer, Gail Gordon. In Germany, she was a DJ in clubs and on the radio. A digital wizard - Diana still DJ's and produces most of her own remixes (i.e. "Zapatos" and "Hotel Discotheque"). Diana is currently starring in MARGARET CHO'S THE SENSUOUS WOMAN the Off-Broadway hit Comedy-Burlesque-Variety Show.
